Abstract:以1对同核异质玉米C103自交系为试材,采用离体叶片法检测适宜浓度的玉米小斑病菌C小种(HMC)毒素培养滤液来诱导玉米的抗病性.结果表明:对照的玉米病斑面积是处理组的7.9~12.2倍,差异极显著,并以1:60预处理效果最佳;经0~72 h的动态检测,与对照相比,诱导玉米的过氧化物酶活性平均提高了57.8%,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性平均提高了52.9%,有害物质丙二醛的含量平均降低了38.2%;低浓度HMC毒素培养滤液能够作为激发子诱导专化寄主玉米获得抗病性.

Abstract:通过CMC平板初筛、摇瓶发酵复筛,从土样中筛选到1株能够产中性纤维素酶的真菌,经18SrRNA基因序列分析初步确定该菌株为瓶霉菌(Phialo phora sp.).该菌株在适宜的条件下摇瓶培养72 h,产生的内切葡聚糖酶活力可达到2.95 IU/mL.酶学性质初步研究显示,菌株所产内切葡聚糖酶活力的粗酶液最适pH值为6.0~7.0,且在此pH范围内具较高的稳定性;粗酶液的反应温度以40℃左右为宜,且在50℃以下具有较高的温度稳定性;Mn2 、Fe3 对酶反应有促进作用,Hg2 、Pb2 对酶反应有抑制作用.

Abstract:研究了添加不同比例的糖蜜(0%、5%、10%)对麸皮调节水分的苜蓿青贮品质和发酵进程的影响.结果表明:添加糖蜜明显提高了青贮饲料的品质,缩短了青贮时间.青贮饲料的pH值、氨态氮、氨态氮和总氮的比值均为试验Ⅰ组(0%)>试验Ⅱ组(5%)>试验Ⅲ组(10%);重量损失变化有波动,但7 d后试验Ⅲ组始终最低;随着时间的延长,3个组的pH值、可溶性糖分均呈下降趋势,氨态氮与总氮的比值、重量损失均呈上升趋势,粗蛋白(CP)则是先降后升的变化规律;综合感官变化,试验Ⅲ组变化最快,青贮发酵时间最短,试验Ⅰ组青贮发酵时间最长,青贮品质较差.

Abstract:试验选用180只体重为(59.46±0.09)g的1日龄樱桃谷肉仔鸭,随机分为4组,每组3个重复(栏),每栏15只鸭,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型、稻谷-玉米-豆粕型和稻谷-玉米-豆粕型日粮 500 mg/kg或1000 mg/kg复合酶制剂日粮.在试验的第7和14天,每重复选取体重相近的5只肉仔鸭进行屠宰,在十二指肠远端、空肠中端和回肠中端分别截取5 cm和10 cm的两段相邻肠段,观测了小肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛宽度,并测定了黏膜DNA和RNA含量.结果表明,在1~14 d肉仔鸭稻谷型日粮中添加复合酶制剂可使十二指肠的绒毛高度显著增加,而对小肠黏膜DNA和RNA的含量无显著性影响;在8~14 d,添加1000 mg/kg复合酶制剂可显著增加空肠和回肠的绒毛高度.
