Abstract:采用试验生态学的方法,研究了残食行为、规格差异和饵料密度对杂交鳢仔稚鱼残食的影响.结果表明:当杂交鳢仔鱼全长达到1.30 cm(7日龄)时出现残食.同规格杂交鳢仔稚鱼饱食状况下几乎没有残食现象,而全长2.21cm仔鱼在饥饿状况下表现出了较高的残食率;规格差异越大,残食率越高,全长比为0.57:1.00、0.50:1.00、0.39:1.00的3个试验组的残食率分别为18.35%、46.65%、61.67%,差异显著;饵料缺乏时的残食率显著高于饵料充足时,全长2.21 cm杂交鳢仔鱼饲养7 d,不投饵和饱食情况下的残食率分别为46.67%和1.11%,差异显著;以日投喂率0%、5%、15%饲养杂交鳢仔稚鱼(全长比为0.50:1.00)5 d,残食率依次为83.33%、35.00%、3.33%,差异显著.可见,规格差异和摄食状况对杂交鳢仔稚鱼的残食都有显著影响.生产上,小个体和大个体全长比低于0.60;1.00时,及时分池饲养是提高杂交鳢仔稚鱼成活率的重要途径.

Abstract:结合1995/2000年Lantlsa TM影像数据及1∶10 000土地利用现状数据库数据与相关资料,研究了汉江流域中下游(湖北省境内)土地利用变化,研究结果表明:(1)该区的土地利用强度大.1995年与2000年的土地利用强度指数分别为260.025和260.526,说明该区土地利用开发的强度有增大的趋势;(2)从土地利用双向动态变化率来看,该区未利用地(变化率为4.391)正在被加速开发,草地(2.836)与水域(1.664)受干扰严重,这对汉江流域及整个长江流域的生态环境将产生深刻的影响;(3)由于总面积较大,变化面积最大的耕地及林地土地利用双向动态变化率分别为0.424和0.344,说明维系该区人-地系统的基本因素保持相对稳定.本研究还表明,利用RS/GIS结合区域土地利用现状数据库数据研究土地利用变化是一种有效的方法.

Abstract:从发生冻害的植物组织中分离到1株冰核细菌MB03,该菌株在-3℃时在2 min内的冻结率达到96.5%,而产生1个冰核所需要的细胞数约为2.9×103个,其冰核活性明显高于冰核细菌标准菌株和其它分离菌株.进一步对MB03进行了鉴定,经个体形态与培养特征观测、部分生理生化反应、G C摩尔分数测定、16SrDNA序列对比分析、菌落原位杂交探测特异性基因和PCR扩增冰核基因等鉴定,确定该菌为丁香假单胞菌(P5eudomonas syringae).

Abstract:从湖北省某重金属矿区土壤中分离到1株抗Cr6 (Ⅵ)的菌株,命名为MDS07.该菌株可以在含12 mmol/L/的Cr6 (Ⅵ)培养基上正常生长.经对该菌株进行形态观察和16S rDNA序列比对分析,确认该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌Bacillua megaterium.通过构建系统发育树,分析了该菌在系统发育中的地位.对MDS07进行了重金属抗性谱研究,结果表明该菌株对Cr、Zn、Ni等重金属具有较高的抗性.进一步研究发现,MDS07菌株同时含有chrB、czcD和nccA等基因,它们分别具有Cr、Zn、Ni等重金属抗性,表明MDS07菌株的重金属抗性是由抗性基因引起的.

Abstract:选用80头体重为40 kg左右的杜×(长×大)三元杂交猪,随机分为5个处理,每个处理公、母各半,分别饲喂可消化赖氨酸(DLys)水平为0.59%、0.67%、0.75%、0.83%和0.91%的等能、等氨基酸模式的玉米-豆粕型日粮.通过测定其生长性能和血清生化指标的变化,确定生长肥育猪的最佳DLys水平.结果表明:生 .长肥育猪的平均日增重、料重比均随饲粮DLys水平的增加呈显著的二次曲线变化.当DLys水平分别为0.78%和0.80%时,平均日增重和料重比分别达到极大值(791.42 g)和极小值(2.92).当DLys水平为0.75%时,胰高血糖索、胰岛素、甲状腺素T3和T4浓度最高,血糖浓度最低.上述结果提示,40~70 kg生长肥育猪的日粮适宜DLys、粗蛋白水平分别为0.78%、15.66%.

Abstract:利用冰温贮藏,测定了莲藕的冰点、色度、多酚氧化酶(polyphenol oxidase,PPO),总酚、水份含量、还原糖、可溶性蛋白的变化,并与冷藏下的莲藕作了对比试验.结果表明:莲藕的冰点为-1.7℃;在冰温下贮藏,莲藕色度变化缓慢,变化幅度低于冷藏;PPO、总酚、水份含量的变化均小于冷藏;而还原糖、可溶性蛋白含量的变化在冰温下与冷藏差异不大;在冰温条件下,莲藕各种理化指标变化很小,对莲藕品质的影响较小,能有效保持莲藕的原有风味.
