Abstract:对来自湖北省不同地区的湿地松苗圃猝倒病病原进行了分离鉴定,并对病原菌的致病性、培养性状及相关生物学特性等进行了观察。结果表明:湿地松猝倒病的病原菌之一为链格孢菌Alternaria alternata(Fr.)Keissl.。该菌的生长温度范围为5~40℃,最适温度为25~30℃;病菌生长的pH值范围是3~11,以pH6~9最适宜;以蔗糖或可溶性淀粉为碳源,硝酸钙或氯化氨为氮源有利于菌丝生长;光照对菌丝生长发育没有明显影响。

Abstract:观察了不同浓度的水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)对豇豆枯萎病病菌的孢子萌发、菌丝生长、感病品种挑战接种后幼苗发病率、-β1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶酶活性变化的影响。结果表明:大于2.0 mmol/L的SA溶液都能显著地抑制豇豆枯萎病病菌孢子的萌发;在1.0~10.0 mmol/L范围内,SA浓度越大对菌丝的抑制作用越强;在不影响豇豆感病品种幼苗正常生长的情况下,以5.0 mmol/L的SA最为有效,幼苗发病率仅为23.2%;感病品种经SA处理后引起了-β1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶活性的升高,挑战接种后的酶活性变化比未经SA处理的上升早且快。

Abstract:测定了石菖蒲4种溶剂提取物对玉米象成虫的驱避和触杀作用。结果表明:石菖蒲的4种溶剂提取物对玉米象成虫均有很好的驱避效果,60 h驱避等级均达到Ⅲ和Ⅳ级。4种溶剂的提取物均对玉米象成虫有明显的触杀作用,毒力回归方程及LC50分别为:无水乙醇提取物:y=4.37 2.13x,1.97 mg/cm2;丙酮提取物:y=4.53 1.42x,2.14 mg/cm2;乙酸乙脂提取物:y=4.52 2.10x,1.69 mg/cm2;石油醚提取物:y=4.23 2.32x,2.15 mg/cm2。

Abstract:以白纹伊蚊4龄幼虫为试虫,在近紫外光照射条件下测试了采自广西和甘肃的84种植物甲醇粗提物的杀虫活性。结果表明,我国特有植物黄缨菊具有光活化杀虫活性,经500μg/mL粗提物处理的试虫,光照组在光照结束后24 h的校正死亡率达到100%,而避光组仍无死亡。黄缨菊根、花、叶的活性依次递减,经500μg/mL根、花和叶粗提物处理的试虫,光照组在光照结束后24 h的校正死亡率分别为100%、45.56%和16.67%,而避光组无死亡,表明黄缨菊的杀虫活性成分主要存在于根中。

Abstract:硅酸盐细菌能分解铝硅酸盐类矿物中的钾、磷、硅等元素,直接供植物生长利用。采用低能N离子束注入技术对硅酸盐细菌进行诱变,然后经有氮培养基初筛、缺钾培养基复筛,获得解钾能力强的硅酸盐细菌S-05突变株,扫描电镜观察菌株的形态。进行盆栽试验,研究S-05菌株对水稻根际土壤速效钾含量的影响。结果发现,发酵液50倍稀释处理组速效钾含量最高,比原菌株处理组(CK1)和空白对照组(CK2)分别提高55.79%和260.84%。

Abstract:根据1 067只波尔羔羊出生时的同胞数、体重、体尺和出生至周岁各月龄体重、体尺等21 000余个数据资料,分析不同性别和同胞数羔羊体重、体长、体高、胸围的生长曲线、遗传力及表型相关,旨在探讨波尔羔羊的生长发育规律。结果表明,羔羊在出生时,体重、体高、体长、胸围和管围的遗传力分别为0.276、0.354、0.280、0.256和0.365,同胞数与体重、体高、体长和胸围之间存在表型负相关(P<0.01),体重和体尺之间存在正相关(P<0.01)。应用SPSS和MATLAB方法对羔羊周岁内体重和体尺生长曲线进行拟合,发现公羔生长不受断奶的影响,体重均比同年龄母羔大,公羔在3月龄、母羔在7月龄时体重出现拐点;而体尺生长则相反,公羔至9月龄、母羔至7月龄出现拐点。无论公羔还是母羔,单羔生长始终最快,双羔和多羔则差异不明显,出现拐点的时期类似。

Abstract:以大米淀粉为原料,采用球磨法制备微细化大米淀粉,观察了不同球磨时间下大米淀粉物化性质的变化规律。结果表明:将大米淀粉研磨一定时间后,可以得到平均直径小于0.10μm的超微细粉体;机械力作用对淀粉颗粒的粒度、粘性、分子量及其与碘的结合等有影响;随着破碎程度的增大,淀粉的碘兰值、吸湿量、溶解率、胶稠度、透明度和酶解率都有所增大。在球磨前20 h,各指标变化迅速,20 h后趋于平缓。
