Abstract:对通城、瑞典长白(下称长白)、英国大白(下称大白)纯种以及长大通和大长通三元杂种猪的161头个体的部分免疫性状与其生产性状(生长、胴体、肉质性状)进行相关分析,结果如下:(1)免疫性状与生长性状间的相关:迟发性超敏反应(DTH)、红细胞数(RBC)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、血清总蛋白(TP)与日增重呈弱负相关,r值在-0.17~-0.35之间(P〈0.05);DTH、IgG、TP与达上市体重日龄呈弱正相关,r值在0.20~0.25之间(P〈0.05)。(2)部分免疫性状与胴体性状间的相关:DTH分别与胴体长、胴体斜长、胴体净重、腿臀比率和腿臀肉骨率呈弱负相关,r值在-0.18~-0.25之间(P<0.05);与板油率和内脂率呈弱正相关,r值分别为0.21(P〈0.01),0.22(P<0.01)。RBC、TP与胴体长、肋骨数、眼肌面积、胴体净重、屠宰率、腿臀比率、腿臀肉骨率间呈弱负相关,r值在-0.16~-0.36之间(P<0.05);与三点背膘厚均值、6~7肋间背膘厚、10肋背膘厚、板油率、内脂率性状间呈弱正相关,r值在0.18~0.35之间(P<0.05)。TP与胴体斜长和屠宰率呈弱负相关,r值分别为-0.29(P〈0.01)、-0.24(P<0.01)。IgG与屠宰率和胴体净重呈弱负相关,r=-0.17(P〈0.05)。(3)部分免疫性状与肉质性状间的相关:DTH、TP与滴水损失呈弱负相关,r分别为-0.26(P〈0.01)和-0.19(P<0.05)。RBC与系水力呈弱正相关,r=0.34(P〈0.01),TP与大理石评分呈弱正相关,r=0.20(P〈0.05)。相关分析结果表明:部分免疫性状与生长、胴体性状间呈不利相关,与肉质性状间呈有利相关。

Abstract:对丁鱥、全雄太阳鲈、黄金鲈、大口胭脂鱼以及小鳞直齿鱼等5种国外引进鱼类的含肉率及肌肉的营养价值进行了综合评价。5种引进鱼类的含肉率大小依次为:丁鱥(72.4%)〉大口胭脂鱼(71.9%)〉黄金鲈(70.79/6)〉小鳞直齿鱼(61.6%)〉全雄太阳鲈(53.2%)。丁鱥、全雄太阳鲈、黄金鲈、大口胭脂鱼和小鳞直齿鱼的蛋白质含量(占鲜样)分别为:18.85%、17.34%、18.62%、18.01%和18.29%;必需氨基酸含量(占干样)为:35.82%、37.50%、36.62%、30.11%和29.80%;EAAI为:46.91、50.10、49.22、41.16、40.21。综合评价全雄太阳鲈、黄金鲈和丁鱥营养价值较高,大口胭脂鱼、小鳞直齿鱼营养价值稍低。

Abstract:采用室内模拟的方法研究梁子湖沉积物N在pH值和温度控制下释放的特征。研究表明,梁子湖的入水口和出水口由于沉积环境影响到N的形态,其N的释放明显较湖心高,在试验初期由于搅动的影响使得N的释放在第1天较第2、3天高,其后则迅速增加释放量。温度对N释放影响明显,30℃条件下N释放曲线的峰值较4℃条件下高近1倍,20℃条件下N释放曲线的峰值较4℃条件下高30%。pH值对沉积物N释放同样有明显的影响。在偏酸(pH5.5)和偏碱(pH11.5)条件N的释放量较湖水正常pH值(pH8.5)增大。湖水全N含量在0。180-1.362mg/L之间,平均0.713mg/L;NH4^+-N含量在0.023-0.130mg/L之间,平均含量为0.065mg/L;硝态N在0.005-0.72mg/L之间,平均含量为0.257mg/L。梁子湖表层水中氮含量呈明显的季节性变化,全N和NO3^--N是春季高,冬季低;NH4^+-N是春季含量最高,而夏季含量最低。

Abstract:原生质体是植物遗传改良的重要实验体系之一,而原生质体的分离是该体系的基础。对柑橘叶肉原生质体来说,柠檬、橙类等品种的叶肉原生质体比较容易分离,而柚类、橘类等柑橘品种则相对困难。本研究采用椪柑、黄岩本地早、沙田柚、冰糖橘4个品种为试材,枳壳试管苗为对照,系统研究了不同基因型、不同叶龄、不同酶种类、不同酶液组合对叶肉原生质体分离的影响,探讨了影响柚类、橘类等柑橘叶肉原生质体分离的因素,从中找出了各品种较适宜的分离条件。在适宜条件下,4种供试品种的原生质体得率(FW)可达10×106~20×106g-1。

Abstract:研究了动态鸭蛋图像预处理及图像颜色特征参数的提取算法。其中预处理包括去图像边缘毛刺和蛋壳污点信息;提取鸭蛋图像颜色特征参数需要通过鸭蛋轮廓识别和圆形搜索算法实现,对于鸭蛋图像的轮廓识别是以彩色图像的红色分量R来判定图像边界点,并以此计算出鸭蛋图像蛋内像素和,用圆形搜索法求出蛋芯颜色特征区域并提取图像特征颜色参数。试验结果表明,通过该算法,得到的蛋重模型相关性达到0.95,建立的颜色模型相关性达到0.92。
