Abstract:粮食安全一直是人类发展的关键,国际高度重视的重大问题.特别是中国粮食生产面对着更加严重的人口增多、耕地减少、水资源不足等现实状况,同时还要面临提高人民生活水平、加速经济发展和增强国际竞争力的多重压力.解决粮食安全最根本的是通过单产增加来提高粮食生产力,其中在高产条件下发展超高产技术是粮食生产能力提升的主途径.目前超高产研究已有了良好的基础,其中,新的超高产可能在理想株型、杂种优势和高效光合集成上将取得突破.

Abstract:用DNA Club分析软件推导出鲫血清转铁蛋白序列,并对该序列进行分析。推导的蛋白质长度为807个氨基酸,MW约为90 kD。其中半胱氨酸43个,可以组成21对二硫键。疏水性和二级结构几率分析表明:有2个非常相似的结构域分别存在于1~390和390-807区域。旋管结构和螺旋结构的分布区域,均分别集中在上述2个区段中,同样位于2个结构域中,结构也非常类似。证实了Tf由2个同源性较高的结构域(N结构域和C结构域)组成。Tf的三级结构呈“V”字形,每个结构域又各自分为3个小的结构小区(即N1、N2、N3和C1、C2、C3)。2个糖基位于N1和C1区,呈“Y”字型结构;铁链位于N2和C2区;受体结合位点R1和R2位于N3和C3区。

Abstract:运用抗根结线虫基因Mi簇中Mi-1.2的核苷酸序列,设计引物,对28种烟草进行抗根结线虫基因同源序列的初步分析。在28个烟草中,扩增出101条DNA片段,大小0.1~4 kb,主要集中在0.5~1.5 kb之间,多态性片段78条,占77.2%。将烟草的抗性鉴定结果,与Mi-1.2同源序列的相似性对比分析,发现抗南方根结线虫1号小种、3号小种的烟草,被扩增的Mi-1.2同源序列片段,比感病烟草的多。表明Mi-1.2同源序列多态性,与烟草抗南方根结线虫1号小种、3号小种的特性相关。这一结果和理论上品种与抗病基因相关的DNA条带越多,该品种的抗病性越强符合。

Abstract:将从自然罹死的分月扇舟蛾Closteraanastomosis (L .)幼虫中分离到的一种颗粒体病毒 (简称CaL GV)置于电子显微镜下观察 ,其形态为椭圆形 ,大小为 (30 4 .5 3× 139.0 9)nm ;经碱解病毒粒子为杆状 ,大小为(2 4 6 .2 1× 6 1.36 )nm ;经酚∶氯仿∶异戊醇 (2 5∶2 4∶1)抽提 ,氯仿∶异戊醇 (2 4∶1)洗涤 ,2倍体积无水乙醇沉淀 ,抽提的核酸经EcoRⅠ ,HindⅢ ,NcoⅠ ,PstⅠ限制型内切酶酶解 ,1×TAE缓冲液 ,0 .8%琼脂糖凝胶电泳 ,获得CaLGV核酸酶解图谱。以λDNA HindⅢ酶解片段在凝胶中的迁移率与相应片段分子量的对数值做标准曲线 ,求得CaLGV平均分子量为 10 0 .4 8kb ,核酸含量为OD2 60 /OD2 80 =1.89。

Abstract:从高效杀虫植物闹羊花(Rhododendron molle G Don)中分离获得13个木藜芦烷类化合物,活性测定结果表明,化合物1(Rhodojaponin Ⅲ)和6(Rhodomollein Ⅰ)对萝卜蚜无翅成蚜具有较高的忌避活性,以20 mg/L处理后24 h,忌避率分别为76.64%和65.06%,化合物1、4(Rhodomollein XVI)、6以5mg/L处理后,与CK相比,试虫实验种群增殖倍数分别仅为0.21、0.31和0.27;化合物1、4、8(Rhodomolin C)和10(Rhodomolein XVI Ⅱ)浸叶饲喂法处理后48 h,对萝卜蚜无翅成蚜的LG50分别为11.67、20.14、24.36、26.92mg/L,毒杀活性明显高于其他供试化合物。构效关系分析表明,保留C2-C3-环氧基,C6保留OH取代或降低其电子云密度,C10保留单键取代基,C14引入适当酯基或其他基团增加其电子云密度,均有利于提高其活性。

Abstract:采用实地调查和室内试验相结合的方法,对布朗李炭疽病在湖南的分布、危害、症状特点等进行了研究。根据布朗李炭疽病病原菌形态、培养特性和致病性,鉴定其有性世代为Glomerella cingulata,无性世代为Colletotrichum gloeosporioides。药效试验表明,抑制病菌菌丝生长效果较好的化学药剂有湘研植病灵WP、70%甲基硫菌灵WP、50%多菌灵WP、扑菌特WP、40%菌克星WP、50%退菌特WP、60%炭必灵WP、70%红杀WP以及1:1:100波尔多液;抑制孢子萌发效果较好的化学药剂有70%代森锰锌WP、扑菌持WP、70%甲基硫菌灵WP、45%石硫合剂WP、55%疫霜锰锌WP、50%退菌特WP和1:1:100波尔多液。

Abstract:试验用 3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年水牛。采用自身对照方式在不同日粮条件下分别测定了瘤胃液内纤维素酶 (CMCase和FPase)活力以及厌氧真菌孢子数量。试验分为 4期 :稻草期 (Ⅰ期 ) ,稻草 +精料期 (Ⅱ期 ) ,稻草、精料 +羟甲基尿素期 (Ⅲ期 )和稻草、精料、羟甲基尿素 +硫酸铵期 (Ⅳ期 ) ,每期 2 0d。Ⅱ期稻草添喂精料 (2kg/d)时CMCase和Fpase平均活力分别下降 39% (P <0 .0 1)和 11% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅲ期加入羟甲基尿素 (80 g/d)CM Case和Fpase平均活力比Ⅱ期上升 89% (P <0 .0 1)和 19(P <0 .0 5 ) ,且显著高于Ⅰ期 (P <0 .0 5 )。Ⅳ期饲喂稻草、精料、羟甲基尿素 +硫酸铵 ,FPase活力比Ⅲ期进一步提高 (9% ,P <0 .0 5 )。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期之间真菌孢子数量没有显著差异 ,Ⅳ期显著低于其它 3期 (P <0 .0 5 )。结果表明稻草基础日粮添加淀粉等非结构多糖时加入羟甲基尿素和硫酸铵显著提高瘤胃微生物纤维素酶活性。
