Abstract:应用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳,对不同温度(常温30~33℃和低温22~24℃)人工孵化的幼鳖肝、肌、肾、心、脑等不同组织的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)和酯酶(EST)等4种同工酶和肌肉蛋白进行分析研究。结果发现:不同温度孵化的中华鳖同工酶表达无差异。LDH和IDH的基因表达有组织特异性,但不存在遗传多态性;G-6-PD和EST同工酶具有遗传多态性。低温孵化的个体的肌肉蛋白有别于常温孵化个体的特异蛋白带。

Abstract:湖北麦冬(Liriope spicata (Thunb)Lour.vat. prolifeFa)是一种中药材,以其干燥块根入药,已正式收入《中国药典》。湖北麦冬具有白、干、净、匀、大的特点,经多年栽培已积累了一些传统的栽培经验,但传统栽培技术存在移栽期时间长,致使湖北麦冬的产量偏低,也影响了湖北麦冬的外观品质和商品价值。由于湖北麦冬的移栽期前后时间相差较大,从3月下旬到4月下旬,但不同的移栽期对其生长发育、产量和品质的影响如何,尚未见报道。因此有必要对湖北麦冬的移栽期进行系统的研究。

Abstract:分别以木屑、泥炭及水葫芦作为猪粪堆肥的调理剂,制作有机堆肥,研究了3种堆肥体系在堆制过程中温度、pH、C/N和主要营养元素N、P、K的动态变化。结果表明,在整个堆肥制作中,猪粪 泥炭及猪粪 水葫芦处理堆制温度较高,水分损失较快,40℃以上分别维持27d、20d,猪粪 木屑处理发酵时间最长,40℃以上维持45d;除猪粪 泥炭处理pH略有下降外,其余各处理pH均有所上升,其中猪粪 水葫芦处理上升幅度最大,达1.5个单位;C/N基本呈现出下降的规律。堆制过程中,全碳含量随着堆肥进程下降;全氮、全磷、全钾含量均呈上升趋势;除速效氮和速效氮/全氮呈现下降趋势外,有效磷、速效钾及有效磷/全磷、速效钾/全钾均呈现增加趋势,这是堆肥腐熟和品质提高的重要表现。在腐熟的堆肥中,全磷中约有1/3为有效磷,全钾中约90%以上为速效钾,全氮中速效氮比例较小,小于5%。

Abstract:采用转瓶生产技术,在MARC-145细胞中增殖PRRSV克隆20株,经过条件的优化选择,得到TCID50≥10^-7.55/mL的高滴度PRRSV溶液,为生产疫苗打下基础,所生产的PRRSV弱毒活疫苗对猪安全无致病性,能刺激猪产生特异性抗体应答,接种后第14天可检测出特异性中和抗体。疫苗内的PRRSV滴度在冻干前后变化不大,冻干疫苗在4~8℃保存有效期为6个月,-20℃保存有效期达18个月,表明生产的PRRSV弱毒活疫苗对猪安全且能刺激猪产生体液免疫应答,可用于PRRS的预防接种。
