Abstract:β-葡聚糖广泛地分布于真菌、细菌和植物体内,不仅在各种生物体内发挥多种生物学活性,而且在各种生物间的相互影响过程中也具有各种各样的功能.笔者简要叙述了β-1,3-葡聚糖的结构及其对动物免疫功能的调节作用.真菌中的β-葡聚糖分为构成细胞壁的主要成分而存在的不溶性β-葡聚糖和能释放到菌体外的可溶性β-葡聚糖.β-葡聚糖的重要特征是以高级结构分子存在,可溶性β-葡聚糖分子主要是以1重和3重螺旋结构的形式存在.β-葡聚糖具有多种生物学活性,其中部分活性与分子的3重螺旋结构相关,如刺激巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮、激活蛛G因子等,也有部分活性与分子的3重结构无关.虽然β-葡聚糖的活性大多与免疫药理学作用有关,但是也存在加重哮喘病症和增加非类固醇性抗炎症药物副作用的问题.目前,尚未建立能够准确评价β-葡聚糖各种生物学活性的离体系统,要在分子水平上评价β-葡聚糖对动物免疫功能的调节作用,开发新的离体评价系统是很有必要的.

Abstract:分别用鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒感染和用ConA免疫刺激健康鸡,无菌取处理鸡的脾脏,匀浆后用Tr-izol抽提细胞总RAN,应用随机引物反转录获得cDNA,设计引物,经PCR扩增获得鸡白介素-6(ChIL-6)基因,应用pGEM-T载体克隆该基因,经测序,表明其与Gene Bank中公布的唯一的一个ChIL-6基因为同源基因。

Abstract:采用方差分析和AMMI模型分析,对不同地点随机区组试验中甜玉米株高,穗长和产量的品种差异显著性。试验精确度和品种稳定性进行研究。结果表明,在单年单点随机区组试验中除了呈贡和石林的穗长以外,其余各点性状的品种差异都是极显著的,同一性状不同地点的品种间差异表现不一致,这是基因型与环境互作所致,石林点试验精确度最高,其余两点的次之,超甜20号在3个性状上的表现最稳定。黑甜糯产量最不稳定,白甜糯株高和穗长最不稳定。株高,穗长,产量的互作效应主成分(IPCA)的平方和分别占交互作用平方的93.2%,90.9%和80.3%。解释了大部分基因型与环境交互作用。由此计算获得的稳定性参数(Di)是可靠的。

Abstract:以来自长江流域棉区的 2 7个陆地棉新品系、新组合为材料 ,在网室条件下对其抗红铃虫性进行了研究。结果表明 ,有 13个材料高抗红铃虫 ,占鉴定材料总数的 48.1%;有 14个抗红铃虫 ,占鉴定材料总数的5 1.9%。不同类型棉花材料的抗虫性强度顺序为 :转基因抗虫棉≈转基因抗虫杂交棉F1 >转基因抗虫杂交棉F2 >常规抗虫棉≈常规抗虫杂交棉F1 >常规棉 (CK)。

Abstract:总结了紫云英根瘤菌分子遗传学研究进展。这类根瘤菌的寄主范围较窄,早先根据互接种族概念将其定名为Rhizobium astragali。后来定名为Rhizobium huakuii。最近并入Mesorhizobium属,对大量菌株进行的16S和23SrDNAPCR-RFLP分析和代表菌株的部分16SrDNA碱基测序,揭示了7个不同基因型,表明这类菌具有遗传多样性。可以认为存在不同的种,它们都有质粒,数量1-5个,因菌株而异,可分为不同质粒型。共生基因常定位在最大的一个质粒上,即共生质粒,它们的结瘤基因具有独特结构。采用包括nodA,nodB。noC,nodD的苜蓿根瘤菌突变株进行基因互补,从紫云英根瘤蓖基因文库中获得了相应的转移接合子,这类结瘤基因的这种结构在7个基因型的菌株中都是一致的,说明结瘤基因的保守性。
