Abstract:对开花前后正常开颖授粉水稻材料T168和闭颖授粉水稻材料CL01的花丝长度变化和超微结构变化进行了研究。结果表明:开花前后,CL01花丝长度变化很小,其长度从0.2mm增加到1.8mm左右,而T168的花丝长度增加较多,从0.15mm增加到3.4mm左右。在解剖结构方面,T168维管束内有2-3个环纹导管和5-6个筛管,而CL01仅有1-2个导管和3-4个筛管,在亚微水平上,二者的线粒体在开花前后的积累动态、内质网的发达程度等都存在很大的差别。

Abstract:采用朱军提出的种子性状遗传模型 ,利用 3× 3NCⅡ正反交设计的亲本和部分组合F2 代种子计 15种基因型材料 ,分析了糙米率、垩白粒率、垩白面积和直链淀粉含量的种子效应与母体效应 ,预测了两类亲本的遗传效应大小。结果表明 ,糙米率、垩白粒率、垩白面积和直链淀粉含量均存在显著的母体效应与直接效应 ,垩白面积还存在显著的细胞质效应 ;优质亲本具有显著降低垩白粒率、垩白面积的直接加性效应与母体加性效应。

Abstract:用秋水仙碱对52份甘蓝型油菜品系(种)和它们的杂种离体小孢子的单倍体二倍化技术进行了研究。从花药中分离出的单核晚期小孢子接种在含10-800mg/L秋水仙碱的NLN液体培养基中处理16-90h后转入无秋水仙碱的相同培养基诱导胚状体。结果表明,用10mg/L秋水仙碱处理小孢子48h,10份材料的双单倍体植株变幅为37.10%-90.12%,平均为65.44%。50mg/L处理48h的8份材料是48.72%-97.81%,平均88.86%。100-800mg/L处理16-48h的试验,多数加倍率在90%-100%之间。但该处理药用量大,费用高,而且对小孢子毒性大,胚状体再生率低。试验还表明,秋水仙碱处理小孢子诱导的二倍体植株所产生的花一般均能结籽,带有不孕花的嵌合植株极少。用秋水碱处理水孢子再生的植株的根或芽所产生的二倍体植株多是可孕和不孕花共生的嵌合植株,自交后产生的单株种子很少,难以达到遗传和育种所需的群体量。

Abstract:通过测定茼蒿素类似物对小菜蛾2龄幼虫的拒食活性,筛选出12号和20号2种化合物的活性最强;2种化合物对小菜蛾4龄幼虫的处理后24h的AFC50分别为205.06μg/ml和405.97μg/ml;处理后48h分析为235.08μg/ml和261.97μg/ml。12号与20号化合物对菜粉蝶幼虫处理后24h的AFC50分别为370.00μg/ml和226.93μg/ml。在100μg/ml浓度下,二者对斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫处理后36h的拒食率分别为60.69%和39.41%。

Abstract:在室内观察了不同温湿度条件对甜菜夜蛾生长发育的影响。多元逐步回归结果表明,对甜菜夜蛾不同虫态的历期,仅温度与卵、幼虫、蛹以及成虫的历期显著相关,而温湿度与预蛹历期均显著相关;方差分析结果表明,不同温度和湿度下,甜菜夜蛾卵、幼虫和蛹的发育速率差异不显著。在同一温度下,甜菜夜蛾幼虫体长的增长率随湿度的升高而降低,但差异未达到显著水平;而在同一相对湿度下,甜菜夜蛾幼虫体长的增长率随温度升高而显著加快,幼虫的长度变化率与温度成极显著相关性。甜菜夜蛾成虫产卵量明显受温度和湿度的影响,同一温度、不同相对湿度的条件下,甜菜夜蛾成虫产卵量随温度升高而变化。
