Abstract:对侧耳属18个种52个菌株及3个其它属的菌株的28S rDNA 5‘端进行PCR扩增，得到长度约为1．46kb的片段。对该片段分别用7种限制性内切酶AluⅠ、BamHⅠ、HaeⅢ、HhaⅠ、HinfⅠ、MspⅠ、TaqⅠ酶切，结果表明，MspⅠ酶切片段多态性最高，AluⅠ对侧耳属无酶切多态性。聚类分析结果表明，菌株间的相似系数为0．569－1．000，在92％相似水平可将侧耳分为5大类：Ⅰ、红平菇和桃红侧耳；Ⅱ、鲍鱼菇和囊盖侧耳；Ⅲ、具核侧耳；Ⅳ、金顶侧耳；Ⅴ、其它所有供试侧耳。

Abstract:日本落叶松矿柱材幼林施肥5a的定期观测和分析结果表明，各种施肥处理在施肥后3－4a对苗木当年的地径生长、树高生长和冠幅扩大有不同程度的促进作用。施肥后第2年能显著促进地径增粗，第3年的肥效则主要表现在对冠幅生长上，施肥后第4年肥效对地径、苗高和冠幅生长都有积极影响，肥效至第5年已基本消失。各种施肥处理间差异不明显，但随着苗木的生长，对P的需求有所增加，造林第4年，施P效果突出，明显高于其它处理。NP、PK和NPK配合使用的效果，除NPK完全肥料在施肥第2年与PK、NP、K27的地径当年生长量及NP的南北冠幅当年生长量有显著或极显著差异外，无明显区别。基肥与追肥之间肥效差异不显著。

Abstract:将九灵胃康胶囊的生药粉给昆明种小鼠在10．00、7．69、5．92、4．55、3．50、2．69、2．07g/kg剂量1次灌胃，试验结果用Bliss法计算，得LD50为4．37g/kg(3.74-5.09g/kg);九灵胃康粉以2．10、1．05、0．525g/kg给wistar大鼠连续饲喂10周，停药恢复观察2周，结果显示，各组动物在给药期和恢复期均存活，无一死亡，大剂量组少数动物在给药期出现轻度腹泻，其他各组动物在给药期和恢复期的饮食、体重、外观特征、行为活动、粪便性状均正常，血液学检查、血液生化指标检测、主要脏器重量及脏器系数均在正常值范围内。病理学检查观察到大剂量组少数动物在给药期末的肝脏和小肠粘膜有轻度病变，但在恢复期和其它组动物均未见异常。结果表明，九灵胃康为低毒级药物，以临床剂量的24、12和6倍给与试验动物，大剂量对少数动物有关指标的损伤性病变是可逆的，不致产生毒性反应，临床给药剂量是安全的。

Abstract:观察产后健康奶牛1－30d血液流变学和氧自由基主要指标动态变化。选择2－4胎龄产后健康奶牛18例，于产后1d,2d,4d,7d,10d,15d,30d采血，检测血液流变学主要指标（全血高切比粘度ηb80S^-1、全血低切比粘度ηb20S^-1、血浆比粘度ηp、血细胞压积PCV和血浆纤维蛋白原FG）和氧自由基主要指标（超氧化物歧化酶SOD和丙二醛MDA）的变化。结果发现，血液流变学和氧自由基大多数指标30d,16d与新产1－7d比较，至少在某一时间段呈现差异极显著或显著（P＜0．01或P＜0．05）。
