Abstract:花器形态和花药发育的解剖学观察表明 ,RGCMS S45A和RGCMS 117A中表现波里马细胞质雄性不育 (polCMS)的植株 ,其花器形态和花药发育的解剖学特点与polCMS相同 ,即在高温条件下 ,花瓣较小 ,表现彻底不育 ,无花粉囊的分化 ;在低温条件下 ,花瓣变大 ,表现部分雄性不育 ,可分化出 1~ 4个花粉囊 ,并产生一定数量可育花粉。表现核质不育 (RGCMS)的植株 ,在高温条件下 ,花瓣小 ,表现彻底的polCMS不育 ,无花粉囊的分化 ;在低温条件下 ,花瓣变大 ,也表现彻底雄性不育 ,具有核、质不育的共同特点 ,每个花药可分化出 1~ 4个花粉囊 ,但无可育花粉 ,其雄性败育时期和特点与S45A和 117A相同。

Abstract:研究了烟叶成熟衰老过程中光合电子传递和有关合酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,随着烟叶的成熟衰老,烟叶的光系统Ⅰ(PSⅠ)、光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)及全电子传递活性、RuBP羧化酶(RuBPCase)和碳酸酐酶(CA)活性均呈下降趋势,其中PSⅡ电子传递活性和RuBPCase初始活性在打项后下降迅速。表明烟叶在成熟衰老过程中,光合速率争剧下降、光合作用活性减弱与其内部光合机构和光合酶变化密切相关。

Abstract:对30型滚筒连续杀青机的杀青温度和时间进行了研究。结果表明:杀青温度和时间对杀青叶品质有较大影响;在温度低于160℃时杀青,随温度的升高,茶叶茶多酚和氨基酸含量增加,可溶性糖和叶绿素含量下降;随杀青时间的延长,氨其酸和可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势,而叶绿素和茶多酚则呈下降之势;当杀青温度超过160℃时杀青在任一时间内茶叶都会焦变。30型滚筒连续杀青机杀青的适宜温度是140℃,时间为35~55s。
