Abstract:用30μm尼龙网将聚氯乙烯制作的根箱分为根室和外室,通过根箱试验模拟了玉米单作、花生单作、玉米/花生间作3种情况,研究了玉米/花生间作对土壤铁的有效性和花生植株铁营养状况的影响。结果表明,间作花生根际、土体中有效铁含量明显高于单作花生,其新叶中活性铁含量比单作花生高50%,其叶绿素含量比单作花生高4倍。间作明显改善了花生的缺铁黄化症状,提高了花生和玉米的产量。

Abstract:采用土培-水培联合体系培养研究了混作对玉米铁载体的分泌和花生铁营养的影响。向营养液中供给难溶性的氢氧化铁后,在不同的时间内测定加入氢氧化铁后混作玉米铁载体的分泌数量和花生新叶中活性铁的含量。结果表明,在6 ̄15d中,混作玉米铁载体的分泌量高于单作玉米;花生新叶活性铁含量在加入难溶性氢氧化铁后第3d时,单作、混作花生新叶活性铁含量无明显的差异,而至第9d、第15d时,单作花生活性铁含量低于混作花生。

Abstract:通过定点观察黄连木五倍子的生长特性,结果表明,黄连木五倍子的生长发育历期短,4月中下旬至5月上中旬形成,6月中下旬至7月上中旬成熟爆裂,前期生长缓慢,6月上旬左右体积增长迅速。倍子多着生于复叶的第2、4、5、6对小叶上,在小叶上多着生于主脉中段一侧。倍子的大小主要取决于倍子种类和叶片生长情况,而与倍内蚜虫数量多少的相关性不大。
