Abstract:以甘蓝型油菜９５０６品系的下胚轴为受体，用根癌农杆菌介导，进行了除草剂Ｇｌｕｆｏｓｉｎａｔｅ抗性基因（ｐａｔ）的转化试验，得到了抗卡那霉素（Ｋａｎ）选择剂的小植株，并对影响转化的一些因素进行了研究。试验结果表明：Ｋａｎ和羧苄青霉素（Ｃｂ）对芽再生均具有很强的抑制作用；用含２，４－Ｄ的培养基对下胚轴进行预培养和选择培养基中附加ＡｇＮＯ３均能促进转化细胞的生长和芽的再生。转化植株对Ｇｌｕｆｏｓｉｎａｔ

Abstract:根据花菇形成的气象指标，采用湖北省３０个气象台站的１９６１～１９８０年有关气象要素的平均值，对全省花菇形成的气候条件进行统计分析，结果表明：湖北省３１°Ｎ线附近为优质花菇生产最适宜气候带；鄂东北及江汉平原北部的京山、荆门等县市秋季花菇形成的气候条件明显优于春季，鄂西北地区春季花菇形成的气候条件比秋季优越。选取花菇形成的主要气候要素及花菇等级等因子进行模糊聚类分析，把湖北省划分为４个花菇气候区域。
