Abstract:运用毛细柱气相色谱(GC)和气相色谱质谱联用仪(GCMS)分析了新疆棉铃虫(Helicverpaarmigera)雌蛾性信息素腺体的提取物,并从腺体提取物中鉴定出了4个组分:Z1116∶ALD,Z916∶ALD,16∶ALD和Z1116∶OH。用触角电位(EAG)对4个组分进行测试,结果表明:Z1116∶ALD,Z916∶ALD和Z1116∶OH有明显的EAG反应;16∶ALD的EAG反应值较小。在相同方法条件下,还分析测定了新疆、山西两地棉铃虫腺体提取物中各组分相对比例的差异,结果显示:16∶ALD的相对比例新疆(10.08%)高于山西(5.70%);而Z916∶ALD的相对比例新疆(4.68%)低于山西(9.85%);Z1116∶OH的相对比例在两地无明显差异。

Abstract:以“富有”和“次郎”的休眠芽为外植体,对甜柿离体快繁技术进行了研究。结果表明,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)可有效地防止外植体褐变,提高分化率。芽的增殖和生长适宜的ZT和IAA浓度分别为1~2mg/L和0.05~0.10mg/L。在含有ZT1mg/L的改良MS(KNO3和NH4NO3减半)培养基中加入BA1mg/L,能提高有效新梢率,降低试管苗成本。IAA诱导生根的效果优于IBA,用生长素溶液浸新梢基部后转入1/2MSO培养基中对生根更有利。在较低温度下,以腐殖土作基质,试管苗的移栽成活率可达85%以上。
