Abstract:以磷为例,用EDTA-Na2预处理阴离子交换膜,连续测定21d,探讨了原状土壤剖面释磷速率与土壤速效磷,以及全磷,有机磷,铁磷,铝磷和钙磷等主要形态磷容量的关系。结果表明,在田间持水量下,土壤铁磷和铝磷容量都是释磷的源泉,尤其是铁磷和铝磷容量之和与释磷量呈极其显著的正相关。

Abstract:用石腊切片法研究杉木嫩枝扦插生根过程,比较了成年树根戏曲明条,树冠上部枝条及其复壮条扦插时不定根形成过程的差异。结果表明:复壮条与根颈萌条生根过程相似,一般不形成明显的愈伤组织,不定根由维管形成层或皮层薄壁细胞分裂而来;用上部侧枝扦插时,穗条基部常形成许多瘤状愈伤组织,不定根难以形成。

Abstract:对用相同鲜叶加工成8种名优绿休的茶多酚,氨基酸和可溶性糖的分析结果表明,各名茶间差异较大。未经揉捻的名茶茶多酚含量高于经过揉捻的名茶;扁形茶中氨基酸和可溶性糖的含量高于其它名茶。叶绿素分析表明,各名茶间Chla,Pya的差异较大,其次是Chlb,而Cdb,Cda,Pyb的差异较小。

Abstract:对24份柑桔胚性愈伤组织的保存进行了初步研究。结果发现,不同种和品种的柑桔胚性愈伤组织继代周期和适宜的保存培养基有所不同。通过检查保存13年的锦橙胚性愈伤组织的染色体数,发现99%以上的细胞染色体数没有变异,通过胚状体途径再生的锦橙植株形态,倍性也没有变异。
