Abstract:在人工气候室长日低温(昼/夜:24℃/20℃,光长14.5h)和武汉自然短日高温条件下,分别研究了7个光温敏不育系育性临界温度。结果表明,供试光温敏不育系对低温敏感期大致为雌雄蕊形成期至花粉母细胞减数分裂期,以套袋结实率为指标时,长日不育的下限温度次序为W6154s>W7415s,N58s>33001s,N5047s,31111s,N5088s;在武汉秋季自然短日高温条件下,粳型光敏不育系N58s,33001s,N5088s和N5047s的套袋结实率与抽穗前20~10d的日均温呈显著负相关,31111s的套袋结实率也与其抽穗前15~5d的日均温呈显著负相关,短日可育上限日均温范围为28.76~32.38℃,各品种次序为33001s>N5088s>N5047s>N58s>31111s。

Abstract:以快生型大豆根瘤菌标准菌株USDA205为对照,对自我国吉林处和湖北省土壤中分离的15株快生型大豆根瘤菌的培养特性,碳氮源利用、生长速度、耐盐性、PH适应范围、天然抗一、质粒图谱、G+C克分子、血清学特性和共生固氮效率进行了系统的对比研究,并选择2个随机引物经PCR扩增比较分析了供式菌PAPDS扩增谱带的多样性。

Abstract:采用2亲本杂交的方法将T n5-luxAB标记基因成功地转入了分离自小麦根圈的PGPR菌株荧光假单胞菌X16菌株中。与亲本菌株相比,携有发光酶基因luxAB的标记菌株X16L2生理生化特征的变化很小,而且仍保留有在小麦根圈的定殖能力,Tn5-luxAB片段在X16L2中的稳定性很强,在没有卡那霉素选择压力的情况下,luxAB也能稳定表达。即使在40℃温度下,X16L2仍能保持发光活性。

Abstract:用神经组织化学方法研究了支配鳜咽蕾神经的属性。在鳜咽部的粘褶上分布着大量的味蕾,根据与上皮的关系,味蕾可以分为3种类型。Ⅰ、Ⅱ型味苗与胆碱能型神经纤维联系,除了化学感受器作用外,高出周转上皮的微绒毛瘘有机械感受器功能。Ⅲ型味蕾的微绒毛完全没有超出周围上皮,与上腺素能型神经纤维联系,主要为化学感受器。
