Abstract:施硼、施氮均提高油菜苗期对氮的吸收量,B×N交互作用与植株含氮量和单株吸氮量呈极显著的正效应。适量硼促进对NH4+和NO3-的吸收,缺硼和高硼影响其吸收。施硼施氮明显增加叶片硝酸还原酶活性,降低蛋白酶、肽酶活性;B×N交互作用与硝酸还原酶活性呈正效应,与蛋白酶、肽酶活性呈负效应。硼、氮及硼氮配合浸种明显增强油菜籽发芽过程中蛋白酶和肽酶活性。

Abstract:以4个陆地棉作母本与4个海岛棉杂交,配制16个F1代进行种间杂种优势和配合力分析。结果表明,与推广陆地棉品种比较,种间F1代子棉产量、铃重、衣分和衣指的竞争杂种优势为较高的负值,而纤维长度和强度表现较高的正向优势。鄂荆1号和B2(海岛棉)产量配合力高,两者杂交F1代产量高于其他组合。

Abstract:用系统聚类分析,将江汉平原棉区的红铃虫Pectionophoragossypiella(Saunders)发生期划分为4个生态地理区域。逐步回归分析表明:经度(°E)越高发生期越早,在相同的经度上才表现为随纬度(°N)或海拔的升高而发生期推迟。积温法分析知:从日平均气温稳定通过15℃时开始计算,当自然积温累积到1118.8、1420.9、1602.2、2868.4和3837.7日度(DD)时,越冬代化蛹及发蛾、第一、第二、第三代产卵分别达到高峰期。

Abstract:采用改良的Hungate厌氧操作技术,从以奶牛粪为原料的沼气发酵池中分离到F33、G15、NB1三株产甲烷菌。F33菌体长杆状,弯曲杆状,G-,细胞大小为0.5~0.6μm×2~5.6μm,几个细胞连成丝状,丝状体可长达15~32μm。菌体发蓝绿色荧光,紫外光照射荧光易消失。菌落圆形,边缘呈丝状扩散,能利用H2/CO2和甲酸盐作为碳源和能源,不利用甲醇和乙酸盐。G15菌体呈短杆状,单个,成对或3~5个成短链,G-,细胞大小为0.4~0.7μm×0.7~2.0μm,具1~2根极生鞭毛,运动性强,菌体发蓝绿色荧光。菌落圆形,白色,边缘整齐,能利用H2/CO2和甲酸盐生长和产甲烷。NB1菌体呈拟八叠球状或聚集成细胞团,在培养过程中有单细胞出现,单细胞直径1.8~2.5μm,幼龄G+,老龄G-,菌体荧光强,不易消失,滚管分离得到的菌落谷粒状,黄白到黄褐色,边缘整齐,能利用H2/CO2、甲醇和乙酸盐生长和产甲烷。经鉴定,F33为甲酸甲烷杆菌,G15为史氏甲烷短杆菌,NB1为马氏甲烷八叠球菌。

Abstract:武汉地区乳牛由饲料、饮水、空气三个氟来源的日摄氟总量,冬季为427.18mg/头(相当于0.72mg/kg·体重);夏季为620.83mg/头(相当于1.05mg/kg·体重)。组成日摄氟总量所占比重顺序是饲料>饮水>空气,空气是极次要的途径,可以忽略不计。乳牛由尿、粪、乳三个排氟途径排氟总量,冬季为295.33mg/头(相当于0.50mg/kg·体重);夏季为385.71mg/头(相当于0.65mg/kg·体重)。乳牛体内氟的日保留量,冬季为131.85mg/头(相当于0.22mg/kg·体重);夏季为235.12mg/头(相当于0.40mg/kg·体重)。乳牛对饲料氟的吸收率,冬季为54.93%,夏季为70.67%。

Abstract:烟酸诺氟沙星(Norfioxacinnicotinate)对AA鸡的急性毒性研究:用5周龄健康AA鸡70只,随机分为7组,剂量范围0~8000mg·kg-1,等容量经嗉襄接毒。结果表明:烟酸诺氟沙星对鸡急性经口LD50为3458mg·kg-1,属低毒级药物。鸡急性中毒症状主要为流涎、腹泻及神经症状。主要病理学变化为脑膜充血、水肿,食道、嗉囊及十二指肠粘膜坏死和炎症,心、肝、肾等脏器实质细胞变性及坏死。
