Abstract:在云南元江不同海拔生态条件下,结合人工延长光照处理,5460S的育性转换特性表现为:5460S属高温敏感型不育系,其临界不育温度为26℃,在低海拔点有较长的连续不育期,可作不育系;22—25℃为其适宜的可育条件,最高套袋自交结实率为73.44%,单产可达865.20 kg/666.7 m~2,具有高产性;在17—21℃低温条件下表现为花粉正常而不结实。认为该材料可在特定的温度条件下作不育系、自我保持系乃至作优良常规稻,一系三用。

Abstract:草鱼血清、体表和肠粘液中溶菌物质活性及部分特性的测试结果表明:其活性以丙酮-乙醚干燥的溶壁微球菌作底物用浊度法测定分别为3.15,1.05和1.84μg/mg蛋白质。血清和肠粘液中溶菌物质在pH8.0的条件下活性最高,体表粘液的最适pH为7.0;体表粘液中溶菌物质活性在30℃条件下最高,血清和肠粘液中活性最适温度为40℃。三种组织中的溶菌物质均显示出对热的相对稳定性,分别在50℃或60℃处理10分钟后,仍能保持一定的活性。被EDTA处理后,其活性均受到抑制。
