Abstract:用晚粳光敏核不育系农垦58S和105S与常规晚粳品种农垦58、鄂宜105,武复粳、华粳14和筑紫睛杂交,以套袋结实率为主要指标分析了正反交F_1、F_2,以及光敏核不育系与正反交F_1回交BF_1代在武汉(30°27’N)长日照条件下的育性表现。结果表明:各组合F_1代杂种都为可育,而F_2和BF_1代都发生育性分离。具有同一常规品种亲本的组合的育性分离表现基本一致。农垦58S与农垦58杂交组合F_2代可育与不育的分离适合3∶1,BF_1适合1∶1的比例;农垦58S与鄂宜105等4个品种杂交组合的F_2代可育和部分可育与不育的分离适合15∶1,BF_1适合3∶1的比例。两类组合后代的育性分离分别符合1对主效基因和2对独立的主效基因的遗传。

Abstract:经室内测定,用200—400ppm农用链霉素、新植霉素处理带有甘蓝黑腐病菌的花椰菜种子,可以完全消除种子所带病菌,而且200ppm农用链霉素处理的种子的发芽率和发芽势均不受影响,因此可用作花椰菜种子的消毒剂。
