Abstract:将自然感染枯氏住肉孢子虫的牛心脏绞碎后喂给狼,当狼粪中此虫孢子囊数达最高峰时将其宰杀,然后从狼小肠内获得枯氏住肉孢子虫孢子囊,再经口喂4头孕牛,当感染后21天,孕牛出现吃食减少,体重减轻,流涎,拉稀,肌肉颤抖,后躯摇摆,行走困难,背毛易脱等症状。其中两头孕牛在感染后第28天和第29天分别死亡,胎儿也死于腹中。另两头牛在感染后第24天和第25天发生流产,一头产下死胎,另一头产下很虚弱的胎儿,不久死亡。尸体剖检,发现各内脏器官均有点状及斑块状出血性变化,从各内脏及肌肉组织切片中均发现有住肉孢子虫包囊,从一头流产胎儿的脑部发现住肉孢子虫包囊。这说明此虫可由母牛径胎盘传给胎儿。
