    Abstract:

    Highly purified antioxidant peptides,named as part 2 and part RF9,were isolated and purified from rice peptides with GFC and RP-HPLC methods.The results of RP-HPLC-ESI-MS analyses showed that the amino acid sequence was LQPY(520.277 u).The DPPH free radical scavenging rate of 1 mg/mL synthetic fragments LQPY reached 85.84%.
