    Abstract:

Using Brassica napus P-efficient genotype 102 and P-inefficient genotype 105 as experiment materials, organic acids exudations based on nutrition solution culture, and the uptake and accumulation of P,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in plants under pot experiment were investigated under different P treatments, respectively. The results showed that under low P treatment, the total organic acid exudated by both genotypes was higher than that under high P treatment, and P-efficient genotype 102 released much more organic acids than P-inefficient genotype 105.In pot experiment,P,Fe,Mn and Zn uptake of both genotypes increased significantly with the increased P levels, and P concentration was negative correlated significantly with Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn.Under low-P treatment (P15),P-efficient genotype 102 could acquire much more P,Fe,Mn and Zn than P-inefficient genotype 105,which might be attributed to more organic acids improving the availability of these elements in soil.
