Abstract:
Nutritive composition in the muscle of one tail Spinibarbus caldwelli(Nichols) were tested and analyzed through the common methods.The result showed that the contents of crude protein,crude fat,moisture and crude ash in the fresh muscles were 19.50%,1.91%
