Abstract:
By treating with UV, DES and ~(60)Co etc., a mutant strain G987 of Aspe rgillus clavatus has been obtained. The glucoamylase activity of strain G987 in solid culture was found to be 6.6 times higher than that of the original strain Fs41 and 1.4 times high
