    摘要:

    对梁子湖不同时期(枯水期、平水期和丰水期)表层沉积物中的双酚A(BPA)和双酚S(BPS)污染水平及分布特征进行研究,并进行相关生态风险评价。结果表明,仅在平水期梁子湖出湖口沉积物中有BPS检出,含量为0.02 ng/g。BPA的检出情况与BPS明显不同。枯水期、平水期和丰水期沉积物中BPA的检出率均为100%,其含量为0.08~2.11 ng/g,最大值出现在东梁子湖湖心,且丰水期沉积物中BPA的含量与有机质含量呈显著的正相关。与国内外其他研究区域相比,梁子湖表层沉积物中BPA和BPS的浓度水平整体偏低,采用商值法对梁子湖表层沉积物中BPA的生态风险进行评价,其暴露浓度均未达到对生态环境具有风险的水平。

    Abstract:

    The spatial distribution and ecological risk assessment of bisphenol A (BPA) and bisphenol S (BPS) in surface sediment of Liangzi Lake were investigated. The results showed that BPS was detected only in sediment from the outlet of Liangzi Lake during the level period,with the concentration of 0.02 ng/g. The detection rate and concentration of BPA are obviously different from that of BPS. The detection rate of BPA was 100% during dry season,plain season and flood season. The concentrations of BPA ranged from 0.08 to 2.11 ng/g,and the maximum appeared in the center of East-Liangzi Lake. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of BPA and TOC. Compared with results of other studies at home and abroad,the concentration of BPA and BPS in surface sediments of Liangzi Lake was overall lower. The quotient method was used to evaluate the ecological risk of BPA in the surface sediments of Liangzi Lake. The results indicated that the concentrations of BPA in sediments from Liangzi Lake did not reach the level of risk to the ecological environment.
