      以柑橘枳壳砧木苗为试验材料,设置硼浓度为0(-B)和10 μmol/L(+B)以及营养液pH值分别为4(酸性环境)、6(适宜pH)等4种处理,研究硼对酸性环境中枳壳砧木不同部位各元素含量及根系MDA、可溶性蛋白、胞内H+相关酶活力等的影响。结果表明,不论缺硼或低pH均抑制枳砧的株高、根长和干物质积累。低pH(pH=4)条件下施硼仍可增加株高、根长及地下部干物质量;低pH(pH=4)条件下加硼能够提高根、茎、叶中的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn和B等元素含量,缓解因过量H+导致的阳离子失衡。pH=4时,缺硼处理根系MDA含量比加硼时升高4.5倍,可溶性蛋白增加38.8%。并且,低pH(pH=4)时,加硼使根系细胞NADP-ME与H+-ATP酶活力分别提高114.7%和80.8%,而PEPCase酶活力降低了51.4%。因此,低pH条件下施硼,可提高枳砧幼苗根、茎、叶中多个元素含量,调节细胞内H+相关酶活力,维持胞内pH稳定,避免高H+活性引起的损伤。

      The trifoliate seedlings were treated with 4 treatments including P4B0 (pH=4,B=0 μmol/L),P4B10(pH=4,B=10 μmol/L),P6B0 (pH=6,B=0 μmol/L),P6B10 (pH=6,B=10 μmol/L) to study the effects of boron on the content of various elements at different parts of trifoliate seedlings and the roots MDA,soluble protein and activities of intracellular H+ related enzymes in low pH environment. The results showed that both B deficiency and low pH inhibited the plant height,root length and dry matter accumulation of trifoliate seedlings. Adding boron under low pH (pH=4) increased the content of elements such as K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and B in roots,stems and leaves,and alleviated the cation imbalance caused by excess H+. At pH=4,the MDA content in the roots of boron deficiency treatment was 4.5 times higher than that in boron,and the soluble protein was increased by 38.8%. Moreover,at low pH (pH=4),boron addition increased the activities of NADP-ME and H+-ATPase in root cells by 114.7% and 80.8%,respectively,while the activity of PEPCase decreased by 51.4%. It is indicated that boron application under low pH conditions can increase the contents of multiple elements in the roots,stems and leaves of the trifoliate roots,regulate the activities of H+ related enzymes in the cells,maintain the intracellular pH stability,and avoid the damage caused by high H+ activity.
