Abstract:LC-MS based metabolomics analysis was used to explore metabolic profile of Coniothyrium minitans co-culture with its host fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorumThe results showed that coculture could significantly influence fungal metabolic profile.Three metabolites, namely Macrosphelide A,Benzenediol, and 5Aminopentanoate,were identified in C. minitans specific metabolites database and the largest metabolites accumulation was detected at 2 d of coculture. This approach allowed the investigation of metabolic patterns in mycoparasitism and indicated that mycoparasitism could induce metabolites communication and secondary metabolites accumulation.
