    摘要:

    以鸡蛋为试验对象,进行不同的敲击材料、测点、敲击速度、质量、蛋壳强度情况下的敲击振动试验。用加速度传感器获取振动信号,并对该振动信号进行傅里叶变换,提取特征参数。结果表明:不同敲击材料、测点、敲击速度对主响应频率没有太大影响,而质量和蛋壳强度却对主响应频率有较显著的影响,随着质量的增加,主响应频率下降,随着蛋壳强度的增加,主响应频率增大。

    Abstract:

    An experimental system was established under different conditions of impacting materials,detected points,excitation points,impacting velocities,mass and eggshell strengths for eggs.The domain signal was received by the acceleration sensor and analyzed.Results showed that the dominant frequency was not significantly affected by the different impacting materials,detected points,excitation points,impacting velocities.It was the significantly affected by the mass and eggshell strength.The dominant frequency increased with the decrease of the mass,and increased with the increase of the strength of eggshell.
