青花菜花球质量与4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷含量的配合力分析及相关性研究

    摘要:

    按照Griffing(Ⅱ)不完全双列杂交设计,对6个青花菜自交系育种材料的花球质量和花球中4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷含量进行配合力和遗传相关分析。结果表明:青花菜的花球质量和4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷含量同时受加性和非加性效应控制,其中花球质量的特殊配合力大于一般配合力,主要受基因非加性效应控制,而4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷的特殊配合力小于一般配合力,主要受基因加性效应控制。青花菜4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷的狭义遗传力大于花球质量,花球质量与4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷含量间无显著相关关系,说明这2个性状的选择可独立进行,从而实现同一组合或品种兼备这2个优质性状。在6个自交系中,P3和P2是高产育种的理想亲本;而P1和P4是提高后代4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷含量的理想亲本。P4×P6和P2×P4是综合性状较好的杂交组合,其中P2×P4也是配制高含量4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷的优良组合。

    Abstract:

    Using 6 inbred line of broccoli as parents,combining ability and correlation of primary characters about head weight and the glucoraphanin( RAA) concentration were studied by applying Griffing Ⅱ.The results showed that both characters were affected by additive and non additive effects.The head weight was mainly inherited by special combining ability (SCA),were controlled by non-additive genes in a great scale; the glucoraphanin concentration was affected by additive gene greatly were mainly inherited by general combining ability(GCA),it was match the genetic parameters.Narrow heritability of glucoraphanin concentration was bigger than head weight.There were no significant correlations between head weight and RAA content,so both characters would be combined in the same cultivar.In 6 inbred lines,P3 and P2 were ideal parental lines for high yield,and P1 and P4 were ideal parental line for glucoraphanin concentration.Cominations of P4×P6 and P2×P4 had better special combining ability of head weight and RAA concentration,while P2×P4 was the best combination for RAA concentration.
