    摘要:

    对油棕果实5个不同发育时期果皮中脂肪酸含量和类细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,P450)基因的表达情况进行了分析。结果表明:在所选择的5个不同发育时期中第4个时期P450的表达量最高,为第1个时期表达量的201.07倍。脂肪酸总含量分析表明第3、4个时期之间增加速率最高(15.79%)。在第3个时期脂肪酸的合成较少,脂肪酸含量变化趋势与同样组织中的P450基因表达趋势类似。由于细胞色素P450在植物脂肪酸代谢中起重要作用,油棕果实发育中细胞色素P450的表达极有可能对其脂肪酸的氧化、环氧化、烃基化等代谢产生影响,进而对脂肪酸的组成、产量及一些保护性化合物等的合成产生影响。

    Abstract:

    The dynamic expression of one cytochrom P450-like gene in mesocarp of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis) nut at five different development stages were analyzed.The content of fatty acid in mesocarp tissues was investigated with chloroform-methanol method.The results showed that mRNA level of the P450-like gene was the highest at the fourth period with 201.07 times of the first stage.The ratio of fatty acid accumulation reached the maximum during the 3rd-4th stage (15.79%).The change of fatty acid accumulation during five stages fitted well with P450 gene expression.According to previous studies,the expression of P450 in the development of oil palm nuts may affect the oxidation,epoxidation or alkylation of fatty acid in oil palm.This study will provide a basis for further research about the regulation of P450 gene during the maturation of oil palm,and open up a new field of modifying oil palm fatty acid metabolism pathway by genetic improvement.
