    以甘蓝型油菜磷高效基因型102和磷低效基因型105为材料,研究了不同磷处理下根系分泌有机酸的基因型差异及土培条件下对土壤磷和铁锰铜锌等微量元素的吸收利用差异,探讨了养分吸收差异与根系分泌有机酸的联系。研究结果表明:缺磷条件下,2个基因型根系分泌的有机酸总量显著高于高磷处理,且磷高效基因型102根系分泌的有机酸总量显著高于磷低效基因型105。随供磷水平升高,2个基因型对土壤中P、Fe、Mn和Zn的吸收量均显著增加,且植株体内P质量分数与Fe、Mn和Zn质量分数呈显著负相关。在低磷处理P15下,磷高效基因型102比磷低效基因型105能吸收更多的磷和微量元素,表明低磷胁迫下根系分泌的有机酸提高了土壤中磷和微量元素的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Using Brassica napus P-efficient genotype 102 and P-inefficient genotype 105 as experiment materials,organic acids exudations based on nutrition solution culture,and the uptake and accumulation of P,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in plants under pot experiment were investigated under different P treatments,respectively.The results showed that under low P treatment,the total organic acid exudated by both genotypes was higher than that under high P treatment,and P-efficient genotype 102 released much more organic acids than P-inefficient genotype 105.In pot experiment,P,Fe,Mn and Zn uptake of both genotypes increased significantly with the increased P levels,and P concentration was negative correlated significantly with Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn.Under low-P treatment (P15),P-efficient genotype 102 could acquire much more P,Fe,Mn and Zn than P-inefficient genotype 105,which might be attributed to more organic acids improving the availability of these elements in soil.
