摘要:
从２０个１０碱基的随机引物中筛选出１２个扩增效果好的引物，这１２个随机引物共产生６６条带，其中３８条为多态性带。谱带分析结果表明，利用ＲＡＰＤ标记可有效地鉴别桂花品种；通过聚类分析，可将这１６个桂花品种分为５个类群，与以前的形态学分类结果不完全一致。
