４种蛋白酶对黑曲霉，米曲霉原生质体稳定性，再生有主融合的研究结果表明，蛋白酶用于原生质体灭活前或后保温均显著降低原生体数量，同时提高原生质体再生率及灭活性原生质体融合指数。蛋白酶安全，无毒可以替代常规促融合剂聚乙二醇。
