柑橘采后分选中咪鲜胺和抑霉唑浓度的的动态变化

    柑橘是世界第一大类水果,也是全球重要的经济作物。柑橘采后损失严重,对柑橘产业造成了严重的经济损失。为了降低柑橘腐烂率、提高商品价值,生产中常使用咪鲜胺和抑霉唑对柑橘果实进行保鲜处理。基于建立的咪鲜胺和抑霉唑的检测技术,发现温州蜜柑采后分选线上,室温条件下咪鲜胺稳定,抑霉唑降解率高,工作6 h处理温州蜜柑15 t,咪鲜胺和抑霉唑浓度分别降低98.6 ug/ml和290.3 ug/ml。研究结果将为柑橘采后杀菌剂的使用提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    Citrus is the world's largest fruit and an important cash crop in the world. The post-harvest losses of citrus are severe, causing serious economic losses to the citrus industry. In order to reduce the decay of citrus and improve the value of the commodity, Prochloraz and Imazalil are often used in the postharvest handling. In this study, a detection technique of Prochloraz and Imazalil was established based on HPLC. Using this technique, the dynamic of Prochloraz and Imazalil on the postharvest sorting line was detected. It was found that Prochloraz was stable at room temperature, while Imazalil was prone to degrade, and the concentrations of Prochloraz and Imazalil were reduced by 98.6 μg/mL and 290.3 μg/mL, respectively, after 6 h of working on 15 t of Satsuma orange. The results obtained will guide the use of fungicides in the postharvest handling of citrus.
