    摘要:

    水稻OsVDAC3是编码一个可能12次跨膜的线粒体基因,芯片数据显示该基因在水稻根和花器官中表达最强,并受干旱、盐及多种激素显著诱导。以T1代OsVDAC3超表达转基因植株为材料,实时荧光定量PCR技术检测植株中基因OsVDAC3的表达水平,筛选超表达家系进行盐胁迫和甘露醇胁迫试验,结果显示超表达OsVDAC3能显著增强水稻的抗逆性,表明OsVDAC3是水稻逆境胁迫中的正调控因子。

    Abstract:

    Rice gene OsVDAC3 is predicted to encode one out membrane protein of mitochondrion containing twelve transmembrane helices with bioinformatic analyses.Data of microarray showed that OsVDAC3 highly expressed in the root and floral organ of rice,and was obviously induced by drought,salt and multiple hormones.Over-expression lines of OsVDAC3 from T1 transgenic plants were identified with real time PCR and treated with salt stress and mannitol stress.The results showed that over-expression of OsVDAC3 obviously enhanced rice tolerance to stresses of both salt and drought,indicating that rice OsVDAC3 was the positive regulating factor under the abiotic stress.
