摘要:
以盐生植物盐芥为材料,依据拟南芥中DREB1E的序列信息设计引物,扩增出盐芥中DREB1E的部分序列,然后使用SMARTTMRACE等方法,从盐芥中克隆到全长的DREB1E cDNA序列.将这一基因命名为ThDREB1E.同源性分析结果表明,ThDREB1E与拟南芥DREB1E cDNA编码区的同源性为83.78%;根据基因核酸序列推测的氨基酸序列同源性为81.18%.
