中文摘要:
      利用螺旋挤压成型原理,设计一种农作物秸秆生物炭挤压成型机。通过对螺旋喂料器、螺杆、成型出口等关键部件的分析计算,确定螺旋喂料器、螺杆、保型筒等关键部件和机构的运动参数和结构参数,并试制样机。以农作物秸秆生物炭为试验材料,以不同螺杆类型、不同含水率和粘结剂添加量为试验因素,采用抗压强度和抗跌碎性为评价指标,设计正交试验,对该挤压成型机性能进行试验。结果表明,当采用等距不等深螺杆、粘结剂添加量为25%左右、含水率为35%左右时,样机的生产率为215 kg/h,成型样品的密度为1.06 g/cm3,抗压强度为0.16 MPa,抗跌碎性为98.23%,各项指标满足生物炭成型标准或设计要求。
英文摘要:
      Biomass carbonization is one of the effective ways to utilize biomass energy.A crop straw biochar screw extrusion molding machine was designed based on the principle of screw extrusion.The structural parameters of key components and mechanism including feeder,screw and preserving cylinder were determined through analyzing and calculating key components including screw feeder,screw and molding outlet,the kinematic parameters.The prototype was constructed.One orthogonal test was conducted to test the performance of the prototype by using the biochar as material while different screw types,different moisture contents and binder contents were used as factors and the compressive strength and anti drop resistance were used as the evaluation indexes.The results showed that the screw and binder content,the moisture content and the production rate of the prototype was 25%,about 35%,and 215 kg/h when the screw was under equal distance and unequal depth.The density of the molded sample,the compressive strength of the molded sample and the anti-drop resistance of the molded sample was 1.06 g/cm3,0.16 MPa,and 98.23%,respectively.It can meet the standards of biochar molding or requirements of design.
