    为探究池塘设施化养殖中合理的氨氮负荷输入量,本研究以苦草为对象,研究了三种氨氮负荷输入对草型养殖水体除氮性能的影响。研究结果显示:低氨氮负荷条件下,苦草组和对照组的氮移除率均可达到90%;中氨氮负荷条件下,苦草组和对照组氮去除能力下降,苦草组(70.00±0.42%)总氮去除率略高于对照组(64.66±0.27%),上覆水均积累NH??-N,但苦草组NH??-N浓度更低;高氨氮负荷条件下,苦草组和空白组TN去除率分别降至33.63±0.37%和33.17±0.23%,两组上覆水NH??-N快速升高且无显著差异。但各种氮负荷下,苦草组沉积物间隙水中NH??-N均低于对照组。苦草对氮去除的贡献量计算结果表明,在低和中浓度氨氮负荷下,苦草对污染物有一定的吸收能力,而高氨氮负荷会对苦草除氮产生负面影响。综上,控制养殖水体中外源性氨氮负荷在中浓度(约0.625 kg/亩)以下,能保证苦草型养殖水体对有害氮素的削减。

    Abstract:

    To explore the rational input of ammonia nitrogen load in pond industrial aquaculture, this study investigated the effects of three ammonia nitrogen load inputs on nitrogen removal performance in grass-type aquaculture water bodies using vallisneria natans as the research object.The results showed that: The results showed that:Under the condition of low ammonia nitrogen load, the nitrogen removal rates of both the Vallisneria natans group and the control group could reach 90%. Under the condition of medium ammonia nitrogen load, the nitrogen removal capacities of the Vallisneria natans group and the control group decreased. The total nitrogen removal rate of the Vallisneria natans group (70.00±0.42%) was slightly higher than that of the control group (64.66±0.27%). Ammonium nitrogen accumulated in the overlying water of both groups, but the concentration of ammonium nitrogen in the Vallisneria natans group was lower. Under the condition of high ammonia nitrogen load, the total nitrogen removal rates of the Vallisneria natans group and the blank group decreased to 33.63±0.37% and 33.17±0.23%, respectively. The ammonium nitrogen concentration in the overlying water of both groups increased rapidly, with no significant difference between them. However, under all nitrogen load conditions, the concentration of ammonium nitrogen in the sediment interstitial water of the Vallisneria natans group was lower than that of the control group. The calculation results of the contribution of Vallisneria natans to nitrogen removal indicated that under low and medium ammonia nitrogen loads, Vallisneria natans had a certain absorption capacity for pollutants, while high ammonia nitrogen load exerted a negative impact on nitrogen removal by Vallisneria natans. In conclusion, controlling the exogenous ammonia nitrogen load in aquaculture water bodies below the medium concentration (approximately 0.625 kilograms per mu) can ensure the reduction of harmful nitrogen in Vallisneria natans-type aquaculture water bodies.
