XPCC Key Industry Support Plan Project in Southern Xinjiang (Project No. : 2017DB006-2)
The effect of different combination of organic fertilizer and fungus fertilizer on the fruit quality and aroma of Korla pear was investigated in order to provide reference and basis for improving the quality and cultivation of Korla pear. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer and bacterial fertilizer could improve the external and internal quality of fruit, especially significantly increase the fruit weight per fruit, soluble solid content, soluble sugar content, solid acid ratio, sugar acid ratio and most mineral elements etc, conversely, significantly reduce the content of organic acid.Organic fertilizer and bacterial fertilizer treatment can not only effectively improve the total aroma substances and characteristic aroma content, highly increased the contents of three aroma substances, i.e.. alcohol substance 9-decenol, aldehyde substance 2,6, 10-trimethyl-9-undecenal and alkane substance nondecane. Principal component analysis showed that alginic acid applied organic fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer had the best effect.
