    摘要:

    为筛选防控恶性杂草斑茅的高效除草剂,评估了环嗪酮和草甘膦对斑茅的室内和田间除草活性,并探讨了二者混配对斑茅的联合作用。结果显示,3 375 g/hm2 5%环嗪酮颗粒剂处理后30 d,斑茅枯黄,处理后60 d枯死,至处理后120 d仍不返青。2 306.25 g/hm2 41%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂处理后14 d,斑茅枯黄,处理后60 d返青并恢复生长。环嗪酮和草甘膦对斑茅的联合作用结果表明,562.5 g/hm2 环嗪酮和384.375 g/hm2 草甘膦异丙胺盐联合处理对斑茅表现为增效作用,防效达100%。结果表明,562.5 g/hm2环嗪酮和384.375 g/hm2草甘膦异丙胺盐混用配方对斑茅展现出优异防控效果。

    Abstract:

    To screen for high-efficacy herbicides controlling the invasive weed Saccharum arundinaceum, the herbicidal activities of hexazinone and glyphosate against S. arundinaceum were evaluated under both laboratory and field conditions, and the combined effects of their mixture were investigated. The results showed that treatment with 5% hexazinone granules (3 375 g/hm2) resulted in chlorosis in S. arundinaceum by 30 days after treatment (DAT), complete plant death by 60 DAT, and no regrowth at 120 DAT. 41% glyphosate isopropylamine salt AS(2 306.25 g/hm2) induced rapid yellowing by 14 DAT, but was followed by regrowth by 60 DAT.The synergistic mixture of hexazinone (562.5 g/hm2) and glyphosate isopropylamine salt (384.375 g/hm2) achieved the control efficacy of 100%, completely eradicating S.arundinaceum. It is indicated that the mixed formulation of hexazinone (562.5 g/hm2) and glyphosate isopropylamine salt (384.375 g/hm2) has excellent control efficacy against S.arundinaceum.
