    为探究缺镁胁迫下不同砧木柠檬幼树的养分吸收差异,筛选出耐缺镁的柠檬砧木,以枳砧柠檬和C35枳橙砧柠檬为材料,采用沙培试验,试验设置枳砧柠檬-镁正常(Z1)、枳砧柠檬-镁缺乏(Z0)、C35枳橙砧柠檬-镁正常(C1)、C35枳橙砧柠檬-镁缺乏(C0)4个处理,2个镁水平分别为镁正常(1 mmol/L MgSO4·7H2O)和镁缺乏(0 mmol/L MgSO4·7H2O),培养180 d后测定不同组织器官养分含量及转移系数。结果显示:镁正常条件下,枳砧柠檬对Mg的吸收利用效率高,枳砧柠檬老叶和新叶的Mg含量显著高于C35枳橙砧柠檬26.08%和15.91%,对Mn、Cu表现出更强的富集能力;镁缺乏导致2种砧木柠檬的N转移系数均低于0.5,C35枳橙砧柠檬表现出更高的Mg利用效率,C35枳橙砧柠檬对Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn的转移能力较差;缺镁胁迫显著增加了枳砧柠檬对Mn的吸收,有Mn中毒风险。综合分析表明,在镁元素缺乏但其他养分供应充足的栽培条件下,选用C35枳橙作为‘云柠一号’的嫁接砧木具有显著优势;而在多种营养元素普遍匮乏的环境中以传统枳砧木更为适宜。

    Abstract:

    Low content of available magnesium (Mg) in soils is prevalent across the main lemon-producing regions in China, leading to the frequent symptoms of Mg deficiency in lemon trees and compromising the yield and quality of fruits.A hydroponic sand culture experiment was conducted on lemon saplings grafted onto rootstocks of P. trifoliata and C35 citrange to study the differences in the uptake of nutrients in young lemon trees with different rootstocks under Mg-deficient stress and screen out rootstocks of lemons resistant to magnesium deficiency.Four treatments including P. trifoliata-grafted lemon-normal magnesium (Z1), P. trifoliata-grafted lemon-magnesium deficiency (Z0), C35 citrange-grafted lemon-normal magnesium (C1), and C35 citrange-grafted lemon-magnesium deficiency (C0), were set up, with two levels of magnesium including normal magnesium (1 mmol/L MgSO4·7H2O) and magnesium deficiency (0 mmol/L MgSO4·7H2O).The content and transportation coefficient of nutrients in different tissues and organs were measured after 180 days of cultivation.Results showed that the uptake and utilization efficiency of Mg in P.trifoliata-grafted saplings was high under the normal Mg treatment.The content of Mg in the old and new leaves of P. trifoliata-grafted saplings was 26.08% and 15.91% higher than that of C35 citrange-grafted saplings respectively, with stronger capacity for enriching Mn and Cu.Mg deficiency resulted in transportation coefficient of N in both rootstock rootstocks being below 0.5.C35 citrange-grafted saplings had higher utilization efficiency of Mg and poorer ability to transport Ca, Fe, Mn, and Zn under Mg deficiency.Mg deficiency significantly increased the absorption of Mn in P. trifoliata-grafted saplings, with a risk of Mn toxicity.The results of comprehensive analyses showed that C35 citrange rootstock offers distinct advantages for Yunning No.1 under the cultivation condition of Mg deficiency but sufficient supply of other nutrients, whereas traditional P. trifoliata rootstock is more suitable in environments where multiple nutrients are generally scarce.
