流动时代农村青年“留守宝妈”的情感困境与观照理路

    当前关于农村青年和青年女性情感问题的研究,鲜有触及流动时代下最需情感观照的农村青年“留守宝妈”群体。在马克思青年观与杜威情感理论观照下,通过“线上+线下”结合式观察与半结构化访谈发现,流动时代下,“重要他人”频繁化时空性流动促使“宝妈”情感劳动量持续增加,新旧文化价值理念间动态化冲突促使“宝妈”日常情感输入消极化,数字化负向信息多模态传播与渗透促使“宝妈”时常陷入情绪焦虑,乡村社会转型中交往实践场域与情感内容无序之变促使“宝妈”情感需求难以合理满足。健康情感具有积极的内在感染性、精神渗透性、群体交互性、实践扩展性,可在多维度与高强度的流动情境中维护“宝妈”心理健康、增强“宝妈”育儿信念、促进“宝妈”协同进步,以及缓和乡村社会人际矛盾冲突。据此建议从升级基层情感管理方式、创造和谐人际沟通情境、强化群团组织服务力、优化相关制度机制与提升自我情感观照能力等方面,助力流动时代农村青年“留守宝妈”化解情感困境、塑造健康情感世界。

    Abstract:

    Current research on the emotional issues of rural youth and young women seldom addresses the group of rural “left-behind young mothers (宝妈, bǎomā)”, who are in dire need of emotional support in this era of mobility. Drawing on Marxist perspectives on youth and Dewey’s theory of emotion, this study employs a combination of online and offline observations alongside semi-structured interviews to investigate the emotional experiences of “left-behind mothers” in the era of mobility. The findings reveal that the frequent spatiotemporal mobility of “significant others” intensifies the emotional labor burden of these mothers. Dynamic conflicts between traditional and emerging cultural values contribute to a negative emotional input in their daily lives. The multimodal dissemination and infiltration of negative digital information frequently plunge them into emotional anxiety. Furthermore, the disorderly transformation of social interaction practices and emotional content during rural societal transitions makes it challenging for these mothers to have their emotional needs adequately met. Healthy emotions possess intrinsic qualities of positive internal contagion, mental permeation, group interactivity, and practical expansiveness. These qualities can safeguard the psychological well-being of “left-behind mothers”, bolster their parenting confidence, foster their collaborative advancement, and mitigate interpersonal conflicts within rural communities, even amidst multidimensional and high-intensity mobility contexts. To address the emotional challenges faced by rural “left-behind mothers” in the era of mobility and to help them cultivate a healthy emotional world, it is essential to upgrade grassroots emotional management approaches, create harmonious interpersonal communication environments, enhance the service capabilities of mass organizations, optimize relevant institutional mechanisms, and improve their self-emotional care abilities.
