Social capital has become an important force in promoting the construction of beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in.Addressing the “suspension” issue of social capital participation in this construction is of great significance for accelerating rural revitalization.Research has found that social capital reshapes the rural social governance pattern through organizational embeddings，capital embeddings，relational embeddings，cultural embeddings，and other means，injecting strong momentum into the construction of beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in.However，in the process of dynamic game with diverse rural forces，the intermittent tension between social capital and grassroots autonomy，the balance between formal embedding and substantive integration in management，the encounter of capital production and farmers’ detachment，and the interweaving and collision of industrial and commercial culture and small-scale farming culture have caused social capital to fall into disembedding dilemmas，including role suspension，project suspension，system suspension，and concept suspension.Therefore，based on the development orientation of integration and symbiosis，a new symbiotic blueprint for social capital participation in the construction of beautiful and harmonious countryside is constructed from four dimensions：activating the synergy of symbiotic units， accelerating the formation of symbiotic awareness，strengthening the maintenance of symbiotic relationships，and promoting the integration of urban-rural cultural，so as to promote the transformation of social capital from “disembedded suspension” to “integration and symbiosis”.
