Rural vitalization is an important strategy to solve the social contradictions in the new era.Starting from the analysis of the change of the relationship between the rural sages culture and the rural governance,the author expounds the era value of the rural sages culture,which helps to reshape the rural governance subject,create a civilized rural style,improve the quality of public services,and guide the return of capital and technology.On the basis of analyzing the practice patterns and misunderstandings of the construction of the rural sages culture in the new era,this paper puts forward the construction path of the rural sages culture,which is to define the identity classification of the township group,to construct a multi-collaboration rural governance subject,and to establish a guarantee mechanism to support the human-oriented goodwill.
