Abstract:Based on the definition of eco-efficiency of cultivated land use and application of DEA efficiency mixed model and coordinated development degree model, this paper analyzed the eco-efficiency and non-efficiency sources of cultivated land use in Heilongjiang reclamation area from 2001 to 2016,so as to explore the internal coordination of the eco-efficiency.The results showed that:(1) From 2001 to 2016,the eco-efficiency of cultivated land use in study area showed a slight upward fluctuation with obvious differences among various administrative bureaus.(2) The main reasons for the loss of efficiency in the study area included inefficiency in input, social output and environmental output, with the former remarkably higher than the rest two.The input redundancy had the greatest negative impact on cultivated land use efficiency.(3) Compared with environmental efficiency, the lag of economic and social efficiency affects the internal coordination of eco-efficiency of cultivated land use.The eco-efficiency of cultivated land use is the comprehensive embodiment of the economic, social and environmental efficiency.Exploring the sources and trends of inefficiency from the endogenous perspective, this paper provided measures to improve the efficiency, mainly including to optimize the structure of cultivated land input in the study area,to reduce the redundancy of cultivated land input, and to improve the economic and social efficiency of cultivated land use so as to achieve the coordinated development of economic, social and environmental efficiency.
