Abstract:The team construction of rural teachers is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization,and job satisfaction is the barometer indicating the stability of rural teachers.From the perspective of psychological contract,this paper uses job satisfaction as a tool to study the team construction of rural teachers under the background of rural revitalization.Based on the survey data of 224 rural teachers,this paper analyzes their current job satisfaction and psychological contract levels.The research shows that:(1) The current job satisfaction of rural teachers is in the middle level;(2) The overall level of psychological contract is relatively high regardless of the structural imbalances,in which the level of teacher responsibility is higher than that of school responsibility;(3) Psychological contract has a significant positive impact on rural teachers’ job satisfaction,and the impact of psychological contract on job satisfaction of school responsibility is greater than that of teachers.It is finally proposed to build a good psychological contract relying on mutual interactions,to intervene actively in order to strengthen the guidance of psychological contract,to meet teachers’various needs with various methods,and to develop in a coordinated way so as to balance the structure of psychological contract.
