The poverty alleviation in the new era in China is weaving a magnificent panorama in human history.This panorama includes the huge achievements both in practice and theory attained under the guidance of Chairman Xi’s instructions on anti-poverty project.Therefore,to strengthen the theoretical study of the poverty alleviation in the new era in China is of great importance.This article systematically elaborates on the practical study of poverty alleviation in the new era in China from perspectives below,namely the guiding ideology,macrobackground,significance,practice basis,direction and prospect,so as to provide reliable reference for the practice of poverty alleviation,the summarizing of related experiences and the development of related theories.
