Poverty alleviation has always been a major livelihood issue of concern to General Secretary Xi Jinping.Since the strategic concept of “targeted poverty alleviation” was proposed in November 2013,Xi Jinping has made many creative explorations on such issues as strategic concepts,strategic objectives,strategic initiatives and strategic patterns of targeted poverty alleviation.A complete theoretical system composed of “one core”,“four objectives”,“six precise” and “one pattern” is formed.In 2016,Jinggangshan was the first to get rid of poverty in China,which fully highlighted the practical charm of Xi Jinping’s theory of targeted poverty alleviation.In the practice of precision poverty alleviation,Jinggangshan has formed a unique “Jinggangshan poverty alleviation model” focusing on value orientation and objective pursuit.This model is essentially a demandoriented poverty alleviation model.
