The implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation is another essential measure for socialism with Chinese characteristics to solve the dilemma of rural development in the new era. The grass-roots party organization in rural areas is the foundation of the party’s overall work in the countryside,and also the core force and important grasp to promote the rejuvenation of the rural areas. The strategy of rural rejuvenation proposes new goals and tasks for the construction of grass-roots party organizations in rural areas. At present,some rural grass-roots party organizations still have problems such as inadequate organization construction,inadequate economic foundation,inadequate cultural foundation and inadequate social foundation,which restricts the overall function of the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas. The party and the government at all levels should continuously optimize the construction system of the grassroots party organizations in rural areas,develop and expand the rural collective economy,inherit and revive excellent traditional rural culture,improve the ability of rural social governance so as to further consolidate the organizational foundation,material foundation,cultural foundation and social foundation of the construction of rural grassroots party organization.
