The survival and development of landlost farmers is a social problem to be solved,and entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve this problem.Based on entrepreneurial behavior theory,entrepreneurial event theory and grounded theory,this paper sets up the consciousnesssituationbehavior concept model of entrepreneurial farmers,and clarifies the mechanism of the landlost farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior,and the data is verified.Results show that the entrepreneurial awareness is the drive of entrepreneurial behavior,mainly through the perception of desirability and feasibility.Land acquisition situation affects the relationship between entrepreneurial consciousness and behavior.Land location and entrepreneurship policy notably regulate the relationship; the regulation of resettlement way is not significant; the amount of compensation shows a trend of diminishing marginal adjustment.Finally,the landlost farmers entrepreneurial intention should be cultivated and they could be better guided.Entrepreneurship policies should be made to encourage their entrepreneurial behaviors.
