Based on the improved Theory of Planned Behavior and data collected from 14 land consolidation areas (including 34 administrative villages and 649 farmers) in Hubei province,this paper built a structural equation model(SEM) to research factors influencing farmers’ participation behaviors in property right adjustment in land consolidation and the inherent mechanism.The results showed that in land consolidation,farmers’ action logic followed ’perception to willingness to behavior’ route.Willingness served as a completely intermediation between perception and behavior and an indispensable link in action logic.Farmers’ perception had a weak effect on behavior.The objective complexity and riskiness in property right adjustment led to farmers’ prudent attitude in behavior and rational attitude in decision making.Farmers’ behavior was featured by the dual logic of ’spontaneity’ and ’causality’,and the logic of ’causality’ rooted from organization’s supports was dominant.Organization’s supports played a very important role in property right adjustment in land consolidation.
